This bracelet is decorated with clear and white buttons. buttons are sewn to a 1" piece of white elastic. Some of the buttons hang over the edge. This bracelet is NOT made for a small or child's wrist. My wrist is large and it is loose on me but looks good. A fun, unique bracelet to add to any collection :) Any questions let me know! Enjoy
